32 users will now be able to join group video calls on Google Duo Web.

The number of members joining the group video call of the Google Duo web version has finally been expanded. Now 32 members can join a single group video call simultaneously, which has been announced through the company's official Twitter handle. Let me tell you, a month ago Google announced that it will soon introduce Family Mode with web version group video call support. Now 1 month after this announcement, this change has been introduced in the group video call. This update has started rolling out to the latest Chrome version.

Sanaz Ahari Lemelson, Senior Director of Product and Design, stated in a tweet that in the web version of Google Duo, 32 people can join together in a single video call. He also informed that this update has started rolling out in the latest version of Chrome Web Browser. In a screenshot shared by Lemelson, 19 people are seen making video calls on a single screen simultaneously.

To do group video calling on the web version of Google Duo, you need to go to Here you will see your Contex, on the left side you will also see the Create Group button. After clicking on this button, you will get a share link along with the option of Add People. You can create groups by clicking Add People and making video calls. You can add 31 people to this group. However, it is worth noting that the web group video calling facility on Duo is available only on Chrome browser.

Recall, Google announced in May that Google Duo will soon be able to take advantage of group calls on the web, starting with the Chrome browser in the coming weeks. Apart from this, a new family mode will also be added to this video calling app. Also, the number of members in group video calling has also been increased to 32. Let us tell you, this step has been taken at a time when everyone is confined to their homes, all the work of business and jobs is being done from home. In such a situation, the demand for video calling is increasing day by day. This feature of Google Duo App Group video calling can give a tough competition to video calling apps like Zoom and Skype.
